“三全育人”视域下高校辅导员工作与SWOT分析

“三全育人”理念的提出，为新时代高校思想政治工作提供了新方向。高校辅导员作为“三全育人”队伍的中坚力量，在该理念的贯彻落实中具有必不可少的作用。在“三全育人”视域下突出了高校辅导员工作的重要性，再结合SWOT分析法分析了高校辅导员的工作现状，后根据相关分析结果对高校辅导员的工作提出了相关优化措施。

SWOT Analysis of the College Counselors' Work from the Perspective of "Three-Whole Education"

The idea of "three-whole education" provides a new direction for the ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era. As the backbone of the "three-whole education" team, college counselors play an essential role in the implementation of the conception. This paper first highlights the importance of college counselors' work from the perspective of "three-whole education", and then analyzes the current situation of college counselors' work with SWOT analysis, putting forward relevant optimization measures for college counselors' work according to relevant results of the analysis.
