| 摘 要： | 在汽车涂装脱脂工艺中，脱脂液温度是影响脱脂效果的重要参数．根据某汽车厂脱脂工艺流程以及控制要求，基于S7-300 PLC设计了脱脂过程自动控制系统，针对脱脂池液温度问题，设计了温度-流量串级控制程序，利用Win CC组态软件设计了人机操作界面．在实际生产应用中取得了良好控制效果．

| Abstract: | In the degreasing process of automobile coating, the temperature of the degreasing liquid is an important parameter that affects the degreasing effect. According to the degreasing process and control requirements of an automobile factory, an automatic control system for the degreasing process was designed based on S7-300 PLC. Aiming at the temperature of the pool liquid, a temperature-flow cascade control program was designed, The man-machine interface is designed using WinCC configuration software. Good control results have been achieved in practical production applications. |
