| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种利用粗晶废残硬质合金为原料,制备细晶粒硬质合金的工艺技术方法。对粗晶废残硬质合金晶的加热处理过程中的影响因素(温度、气氛、加热时间)进行了深入研究,探讨了加热处理、破碎研磨、还原、碳化等工艺对合金晶粒细化作用的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper introduce one method of process and tecchnology on preparing the fine crystal cemented carbide from the scrap cemented carbide products with coarse srystal grain?The infective factors (temperature, atmosphere , heating time ) during the process of heating the scrap coarse cemented carbide srystal have been researched ; and various process parameters on how to fine the coarse-crystal through contral the process of heattreatment , crash and grinding, reduction, carbonization have been discussed. |
