| 摘 要： | 从涤纶超细旦多孔POY长丝生产的共性出发,阐述了重要生产工艺变化对超细旦长丝结构性能的影响,并针对超细旦多孔的特点,进行相应的工艺优化。确定采用高温、中速的工艺路线,可以开发出品质优良的超细旦多孔POY产品。

| Abstract: | Based on the commonness of super fine PET POY production, the process concerning to fiber structure and property were discussed in this paper. Focusing on the points of 'super fine' and 'multifilament', the p rocess was optimized during this work. The super fine PET POY with excellent properties were produced successfully by adopting the tec hniques of high temperature and medium-speed in the spinning. |
