| 摘 要： | 运动控制系统在机械系统中运用广泛且根据被控对象不同可采用不同结构的控制系统。在深入研究GE Fanuc运动控制系统后,结合实验研究实际构建一种基于GE Fanuc PLC和DSM324i运动控制模块的4轴运动控制系统,详细介绍了该运动控制系统的硬件组成结构,并给出了采用Proficy Machine Edition 6.0编程软件设计的一个应用该硬件系统实现的2轴直线差补PLC程序和配合触摸屏控制的MCGS嵌入版开发的2轴直线差补组态画面;实际使用效果证明,该系统运行稳定可靠。

| Abstract: | The motion control system is widely used in machine system and it can use different control system according to different type.By careful studying and learning knowledge about how to use GE Fanuc motion control system,4 shafts motion control system which is based on GE Fanuc PLC and DSM324i module is constructed according to actual study,the hardware principles motion system is detailedly explained,and 2 shafts beeline difference configuration software which is used in this motion system by adopting Proficy Machine Edition 6.0 and it's configuration picture by adopting MCGS imbed version are provided here too.The actual results prove that the system is steady and reliable. |
