Moldflow软件在手机外壳注塑模具设计中的应用

基于CAE技术,以普通手机外壳为实例,介绍了Moldflow Insight软件在注塑模具设计中的应用。首先进行了有限元模型的前期处理,其中包括导入三维模型、划分网格、设置工艺条件和确定最佳浇口位置。然后对比在不同浇口数量时,对制件的填充时间、压力分布、气穴分布、熔接痕分布、体积收缩率和翘曲变形等的影响,并根据分析结果给出了相应的选择和调整方案。最后,完成Moldflow软件在注塑模具设计中的应用。

Aplication of Moldflow in injection mold design of mobile phone cover
