基于LabVIEW和PLC的液压支架控制系统的设计

摘    要:基于LabVIEW和PLC设计了液压支架工况自动控制系统。主要从系统整体结构、液压系统原理、PLC程序、数据通信以及界面操作等方面进行了设计。采用PLC作为下位机实时存储采集支架压力、位移、倾角等工况信息,并且在以PC机和LabVIEW为上位机中进行数据的处理与显示,提高了对液压支架的实时控制性,具有很好的效果。

Abstract:Aiming at LabVIEW and PLC,this paper designs automatic controlling system for hydraulic support.Mainly design system from system structure,hydraulic principle,PLC program,data communication and interface design.Use PLC as next-bit machine to real-timely storage and acquise working conditions such as support pressure,displacement and angle,and use PC machine and LabVIEW as host computer to do data processing and display.The system improves controllability for hydraulic support in time,and have better effect.
