| 摘 要： | 介绍一种机侧滑道式临时支护机,该临时支护机通过固定掘进机两侧的前后伸缩导轨将支护机向前推至截割头前方的支护工作位置,支护机的支地油缸支撑于巷道底板上,支护机的主护板与巷道顶板接触并形成初撑力。该临时支护机对巷道顶板的支撑力不受超前距离的限制,可以为锚护工作提供较大超前距离和稳定的支撑力。

| Abstract: | A kind of roadheading-mounted provisional shoring machine is introduced.The telescopic guide rails are fixed on both sides of the roadheader,the provisional shoring machine is pushed forward the cutting head in front of the blog supporting local work location.Then the support cylinder of the shoring machine support on the floor of the tunnel,the supporting shield contact with the tunnel roof and the original supporting force is formed.The supporting force on the roof of the provisional shoring machine is not limited by the ahead distance.It can provide greater protection distance and stable support for the anchor work. |
