摘    要:内齿圈是行星减速器重要组成零件之一,被广泛应用于机械传动装置中。内齿圈的插齿精度直接影响它的传动质量。主要从理论上分析了影响内齿圈插齿精度原因,并结合生产实践提出解决问题的工艺措施。

Abstract:The ring gear is a vital part on planetary gearbox,ring gear drives are widely used in mechanical driving devices.The machining accuracy of ring gear has a direct effect on the quality of gear drive.Reasons affecting cutting accuracy of ring gear are theoretically analyzed,and technical measures are given to solve the problem based on combination with practice.
