椭圆曲线轮廓加工的逼近精度分析

摘    要:为了更好地选择非圆曲线轮廓加工的最佳逼近方法,以椭圆曲线轮廓的加工为例,建立了圆弧逼近、直线逼近和近似加工误差的数学模型,探讨了如何选取圆弧逼近法中逼近圆弧的半径。运用QBASIC编程计算出了相同条件下不同逼近方法的逼近误差,并加工出了实际零件。结果表明,圆弧逼近法是非圆曲线轮廓加工的一种高精度的方法。

Abstract:In order to select the best approximation method in non-circular curve contours machining.As an example,Mathematical model of elliptic curve contour machining approximation error of arc approximation,linear approximation and approximation processing were established.And the methods how to select the approximation arc's radius was discussed.Approximation errors of different methods were computed by using QBASIC,in the same conditions,and parts were machined.The results show that arc approximation is a non-circular curve contours machining method of high accuracy.
