基于ANSYS的带式输送机托辊仿真分析

摘    要:首先利用Pro/E建立带式输送机托辊的虚拟样机,然后导入ANSYS软件。通过建立有限元模型,施加约束和工作载荷对其进行工作载荷下的力学性能分析。得到托辊辊皮和托辊轴在工作载荷下的应力和变形分布情况,在设计生产时采用特殊处理,以增加托辊的使用寿命。

Abstract:Firstly a virtual roller prototype of the belt conveyor is established in Pro/E,then it is imported into ANSYS.Mechanical properties analysis of the roller with working load is carried out by establishing finite model and imposing constraints and working load.The stress and displacement distribution of roller sheet and roller carrier shaft with working load is also obtained.The obtained information can direct reople to take some special treatments when design and produce rollers,so that the longevity of the roller can be prolonged.
