2500t液压支架试验台活动梁的有限元分析与设计研究

摘    要:分析和提出了2 500 t液压支架试验台的设计方案,对其关键部件进行了结构强度及性能分析。利用ANSYS软件获得了2 500 t液压支架试验台活动梁在液压支架最恶劣的加载模式下的应力及应变分布情况。分析结果表明,试验台活动梁在2 500 t压力下各种工况受力均在安全范围内。

Abstract:The design scheme of 2 500 t hydraulic support test equipment is analyzed and proposed.The strength and dynamic performance analysis of the key parts is performed.By the ANSYS software,the movable beam stress and strain distribution of the 2 500 t hydraulic support test equipment is obtained of under harshest loading pattern.The analysis result proves that the movable beam is within the safe range under the various working conditions of the 2 500 t pressure.
