摘    要:为保证液压支架的产品质量,提高生产效率,自行研制了一种新型液压支架加工设备—四轴镗床。分析了四轴镗床的构成和特点,完成了关键部件镗削头的功率计算,并与已有加工方法进行了比较。该镗床使用方便,加工效率高,运行良好。

Abstract:To guarantee the product quality of the hydraulic support and to raise the product efficiency,a kind of new hydraulic support processing equipment the four-axles boring machine has been researched and manufactured.The constitution and the feature of the four-axles boring machine are analyzed.The boring unit power of the key components is calculated.And the comparison is carried out with the existing processing method.This boring machine is used conveniently.The processing efficiency is high and the performance is fine.
