采煤机行走轮失效分析及改进方法

摘    要:采煤机行走轮是行走装置的执行机构,属于易损件。主要失效形式为磨损、塑性变形、齿尖断裂等。对已失效的行走轮进行物理金相检验,并对行走轮材料(18Cr2Ni4WA)的金相组织、硬度进行分析,总结了行走轮失效机理。根据失效机理对18Cr2Ni4WA的热处理工艺提出改进,或者更换行走轮材料,选用强度、耐磨性更高的Cr12MoV,以提高齿轨轮的使用寿命。

Abstract:The shearer wheel belong to easily damaged parts is walking the actuator unit.Major failure modes is wear and plastic deformation,causing faults,etc.Physical metallographic examination be done on the damaged wheel,and do analysis of the microstructure and hardness of the material of shearer wheel and also summarize failure mechanism.According to the failure mechanism,there are measures to improve process of heat treatment of 18Cr2Ni4WA,or to replace the material of wheel,select Cr12MoV higher strength and wear resistance in order to improve the service life of shearer's wheel.
