| 摘 要： | 煤矿企业规模的不断扩大、煤矿设备的日益复杂以及企业信息交互对象持续增加,使煤矿设备MRO管理变得越来越复杂。基于此背景,以设备维修维护为重点,分析了煤矿设备MRO典型业务需求,给出了煤矿设备MRO支持系统功能模块设计。基于可定制的设备MRO基础平台,提出了系统开发技术路线,给出了该系统的总体实现框架,分析了系统实现的关键技术,最后介绍了系统在唐安煤矿的应用情况。

| Abstract: | With the scale of coal mining enterprises expanding,the complexity of coal mining equipment growing,and the interactive objects of enterprise information increasing,the MRO management of coal mining equipment has become more complex.Based on this background,firstly the maintenance of equipment maintenance was focused on and the typical MRO business processes of coal mining equipment were analyzed.Then the function modules design of the coal mining equipment MRO support system was given.Secondly based on the customizable equipment MRO basic platform,the system development line was proposed and the overall system implementation framework was discussed,then the key technology of the system was analyzed.Finally the application in the Tang'an coal mine was introduced. |
