王庄煤矿井下带式输送机自适应控制系统的设计

摘    要:根据王庄煤矿带式输送机运行现状,研究开发了王庄煤矿井下带式输送机自适应控制系统,该系统能根据负荷的实时变化来判断并实现带式输送机实时调速,使带式输送机以最佳负荷状态运行。控制系统主要根据负载的大小利用PLC控制变频器,实现带式输送机自动调速自适应控制,以最佳速度运行。研究设计的系统能提高矿井自动化控制水平,带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益,具有很高的推广价值和广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Based on present situation of running of belt on Wangzhuang coal mine,researched and developed adaptive control system of ground belt of Wangzhuang coal mine,this system can basis on dynamic load,then predict and implement real-time frequency according to size of load,it can run on maximum load.The control system use PLC control frequency according to size of load,then implement automatic speed regulation and self-adapting control,then run on optimum speed.This system can raise level of automation of coal mine,it can bring huge economic and social benefits,it has high value and broad application prospects.
