| 摘 要： | 针对线切割加工中的几个工艺与故障问题,介绍了线切割加工中的穿丝孔、切入点、偏移、断丝、短路等概念。通过分析线切割工艺的特殊要求和故障产生的原因,找到了处理几种工艺和故障的方法,有利于提高工件的加工质量和加工效率。

| Abstract: | For the several processing and fault in WEDM,the concept of auxiliary hole,cutting point,offset,string broken,short circuit etc.in WEDM are introducted.By analyzing the special requirements of process and fault causes in WEDM,the treating methods on several processes and fault are founded,to improve the quality of the workpiece and efficiency of processing. |
