| 摘 要： | 利用ANSYS workbench软件对微型电机转子的过盈配合进行静态和动态的有限元分析,得出不同转速下离心力对转子配合性能的影响,根据分析结果和企业的实际工艺能力,合理地确定了转子的配合公差。为微型电机转子的结构设计和过盈量的选择提供计算依据和可靠、有效的分析计算方法。

| Abstract: | Using ANSYS workbench to analyse the interference fits of motor rotor in static and dynamic state.Obtain the performance influence of rotor at the different speed centrifugal forces.According to the results of analysis and enterprise's actual process capability.Reasonably determine the interference tolerance of the rotor,for micro motor rotor structure design and over surplus quantity of choice to provide calculation basis and reliable and effective analysis,calculation methods. |
