基于ANSYS的直线电机板状弹簧的刚度分析

摘    要:在数控非圆车削中,直线电机是机床的微进给机构。而板状弹簧在直线电机中起支承动子的作用,同时提供机构一定的静刚度,因此板状弹簧的设计对直线电机的性能有很大影响。在ANSYS中直接建立板状弹簧的模型,对其进行有限元分析,得到板状弹簧在水平作用力下的变形图,计算其刚度,为分析计算其是否满足设计要求提供了直接有利的条件,为直线电机以后的优化设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:In non-circular numerical control turning,linear motor is the micro feed mechanism of machine tool.In linear motor the plate spring supports move parts,while providing a definite static rigidity,therefore,the design of plate spring has great influence to the performance of linear motor.The plate spring's model is directly created in ANSYS,the finite element analysis to the model is executed,the deformation chart of plate spring is obtained under horizontal force,the rigidity is calculated,that provide favorable conditions to analysis whether they meet the design requirements and lay foundation for the optimal design of linear motor.
