基于威布尔分布的采煤机截割部工作温度分析

摘    要:建立威布尔分布的数学模型,根据采集到的截割部工作温度,通过相关系数法估计威布尔分布的参数,并用origin作出最小二乘拟合曲线,得到相关系数。通过K-S法对分布函数进行拟合性检验,证明截割部工作温度符合二参数威布尔分布。以此进行可靠性预测,预测结果具有很高的准确性和实用性。

Abstract:Weibull distribution model was built.Parameters of Weibull distribution was estimated according to the collected working temperature of shearer cutting unit by correlation coefficient method.Least squares curve fitting was done by using origin.Fitting effect of distribution function was tested by K-S method.Two parameters Weibull distribution is appropriated for the working temperature distribution.Then reliability prediction was done based on this,prediction is of high accuracy and practicability.
