提高采煤机滚筒综合性能的研究

摘    要:滚筒的截割能力、装煤能力、块煤率是评价采煤机滚筒性能的主要标准,影响采煤机滚筒性能的参数:截割功率、滚筒直径、滚筒转速、滚筒的截齿数、叶片螺旋角、叶片头数。通过分析这些参数与截割能力、装煤能力、块煤率之间的关系,综合考虑这些因素,合理优化滚筒参数,是设计高性能滚筒的保证。

Abstract:Cutting ability,loading capacity and lump coal ratio are major evaluation criteria of shearer drum performance.The parameters which affect drum performance are: cutting power,drum diameter,drum rotating speed,cutter tooth,helical angle of blade,blade number.By analyzing relationship between these parameters and cutting ability,loading capacity and lump coal ratio,taking all these into consideration,optimizing drum parameters is gurantee for designing high performance drum.
