掘进机车架的建模和有限元模态分析

摘    要:车架是掘进机的重要部件之一,车架结构除了要满足一般的静力学强度、刚度之外,还必须满足动力学的特性。以某掘进机的车架为例,运用Autodesk Inventor软件创建实体模型,有限元软件MSC.Patran做前后处理器,用MSC.Nastran软件进行模态分析。分析该车架自由状态下前12阶固有频率及振型特征,为该机的结构改进提供参考和理论依据。

Abstract:Frame is one of the most important parts of roadheader,which needs to meet not only the requirement of strength and stiffness of statics£?but also the requirement of the dynamic characteristic of dynamics.Taking the frame of some roadheader as an example£?with Autodesk Inventor to build the model,FEM software MSC.atran to do the per-and post-work,and MSC.Nastran to do model analysis,to analyze the former twelve frequencies and modal shapes of the frame under a natural condition,which will provide the reference and the theoretical basis for the improvement of structure.
