煤矿矿井水阻垢理论与试验研究

摘    要:分析了煤矿水泵矿井水结垢的原因,探讨了结垢的机理,并针对矿区水泵矿井水的特点,筛选具有憎水效果的涂料,确定了相应的阻垢措施。实验室模拟试验以及煤矿工业性试验表明,所确定的防垢涂层具有良好的阻垢及缓蚀性能,比较适合矿区水泵矿井水系统。

Abstract:The reasons of mine water scaling in pump used in coal mines are analyzed,especially the scaling mechanism.In allusion to the characteristics of mine water in the mine areas,a composite coating to retard scaling is determined.Experiments in laboratory and in industry show that the coating has good capability of retarding scaling and erosion and it is suitable for the mine water systems in pump used in the coal mines in the mine areas.
