便携式矿车复轨器的研制与试验研究

摘    要:通过对常规矿车复轨方法的研究,提出了一种实现矿车快速安全复轨.改变以往结构复杂,操作繁琐的新型矿车复轨器。此设备主要由液压千斤顶、可滚动支撑座和水平丝杠3部分组成。经试验研究,对结构进行了改进,解决了丝杠承受垂直力和整机重量较重的难题,为便携式矿车复轨器的推广创造了条件。

Abstract:Through the study on conventional methods of rerailing for ming cars,presents a new design of rerailer which can re-rail rapidly and safely.Compared to the previous rerailer,the rerailer is simple and easy to operate.This equipment mainly consists of a hydraulic jack,scrollable support-unit and a horizontal screw.By experimental study,the structure is got improvement,and then the problems about the force of screw and heavier weight are resolved,which create the conditions for the promotion of portable rerailer.
