| 摘 要： | 板件焊接过程中,总会产生局部变形,从各种代表性简单的板件焊接分析入手,着重阐述角变形和波浪形的发生过程以及现象,通过数学公式推导计算,阐明焊接局部变形发生原理、影响因素等,从而在焊接过程中采取相应工艺措施和注意事项,控制不利的变形范围,达到焊接目的,减少焊接缺陷的影响。

| Abstract: | Plate welding process,will always have the local deformation,from all kinds of typical simple plate welding,which focuses on the analysis of the angular distortion and wavy occurrence process and phenomenon,through mathematical formula was derived,expounds the welding local deformation occurs principle,influence factors,thus the welding process of adopt corresponding technical measures and precautions,control adverse deformation limits,reaching welding purpose,reduce the influence of weld defects. |
