基于DSP的掘进机智能故障监测系统

摘    要:利用DSP构建一个掘进机在线监测诊断系统,实现对掘进机的实时监测与诊断。系统分为底层驱动、数据处理和故障诊断3个层面。对掘进机的关键机械部件状态进行监测,采集掘进机关键部件的故障信息进行分析、诊断。对掘进机安全运行、煤矿的正常开采提供了保障。

Abstract:Using DSP to build boring machine online monitoring and diagnosis system,to achieve real-time monitoring and tunneling machine diagnosis.System is divided into low-level drivers,data processing and fault diagnosis of three levels.On tunneling machine monitors status of key mechanical components,collecting key components driving machine fault information for analysis,diagnosis.Safe operation of boring machine,the normal exploitation of coal mining industry has provided a guarantee.
