摘    要:根据珠钢电炉 CSP流程所生产热轧产品的组织和性能的特点 ,通过合理的成分设计 ,不采用微合金元素 ,优化生产工艺 ,有效解决了带状组织、冷弯裂纹等关键技术问题 ,开发出了 ZJ5 10 L和 ZJ5 5 0 L汽车大梁板 ,产品的力学性能和加工性能均满足相关标准和用户的要求 ,并实现批量生产。

Abstract:Basedon the structure and prope rties of hot rolled products produced by Zhujiang EAF-CSP process, by designing reasonable composit ion without micro-alloy elements and optimizing production process for solving some key technological problems such as banding structure and cracking during co ld-bend test, ZJ510 and ZJ550 hot rolled plates for automobile frames were deve loped, of which mechanical properties and machinability can both meet the requir ements of related standards and consumers, and mass production are realized too.
