摘 要: | 采用特性粘数为0.67 dL/g大有光聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)切片生产55 dtex/144 f超细旦涤纶FDY,探讨了其生产工艺。结果表明:通过浆料配置管线上安装质量流量计,配料时添加二甘醇(DEG),控制熔体中最终DEG质量分数为1.3%;采用喷丝孔长径比为4,菱形排列,孔密度不超过3 f/cm2的喷丝板,冷却装置中增加长度为50~60 cm的环形缓冷管,生产的涤纶FDY条干不匀率为1.9%,产品染色均匀。

Abstract: | A superfine polyethylene terephthalate(PET) FDY of 55 dtex/144 f was prepared from bright PET chips with the intrinsic viscosity of 0.67 dL/g.The production process was discussed.The results showed that the PET FDY with the yarn unevenness of 1.9% can be obtained by installing slurry distribution pipeline with a mass flow meter,adding diethylene glycol(DEG) into the feedstocks,controlling 1.3% DEG in the final melt by mass fraction,applying the spinneret with the length-width ratio of 4 and diamond-arranged orifices with the density not higher than 3 f/cm2 and introducing a circular annealing pipe with the length of 50-60 cm into the cooling device. |
