摘    要:文章对一台35kV变压器进行大修后试验,在此过程中发现高压对低压及地绝缘电阻不合格。通过试验数据分析以及分解试验,最终确定是由高压绕组中性点引线触碰铁芯引线以及中性点套管瓷瓶的半导体层被破坏共同引起,打开变压器低压绕组检修手孔进行处理,避免了变压器本体吊罩检查。

Abstract:This article is about a test of a 35kV transformer after major overhaul, and in this process it is found that the insulation resistance of high voltage to low voltage and ground is failure. Through experi- mental data analysis, and decomposition experiments, the cause is ultimately determined that the high voltage winding neutral point lead crosses the core leads and neutral bushing porcelain semiconductor lay- er is destroyed. Finally by opening the maintenance hand hole of the low voltage winding, the problem is solved, avoiding the transformer body hanging hood inspection.
