| Abstract: | This paper proposes that we should do the following work in constructing higher vocational scientific incentive mechanism： to follow the law of higher vocational education with the aim of ensuring the correct research orientation and the effectiveness of scientific research activities; to carry on the deep reform of the system so as to build the running environment of higher vocational colleges scientific research incentive mechanism; to use incentive theory reasonably for the purpose of getting good results. |
