| 摘 要： | 银川国际会展中心金属屋面渗漏水的全面维修,视屋面系统整体状况而设计采用了性能优良的SPUA-351聚脲弹性防水涂料作防水层,并以机械喷涂法施工;一些节点部位,使用SBS改性沥青卷材作加强处理;采光天窗窗框之间,则重新嵌填聚氨酯密封胶。通过这些措施,取得了良好的屋面防水效果。

| Abstract: | SPUA-351 polyurea waterproofing coating is adopted as the material of waterproofing layer to deal with the leakage of the metal roof of Yinchuan international exhibition center with a view to its damages.The spraying of the polyurea waterproofing coating is constructed by mechinery.SBS modified asphalt membrane is used for some details.Polyurethane sealants are filled up in the window frames of roof lights.The project gained good waterproofing effects after repair. |
