| 摘 要： | 目的总结关节镜分型治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床经验。方法根据术前采集的病史、体格检查以及X线片的表现,对110例118膝膝关节骨关节炎施行分型治疗。结果随访所有病例0.5~5年,显效71例(64.5%),有效33例(30%),无效6例(5.5%),有效率94.5%。结论术前仔细检查和分型,结合关节镜手术是治疗膝关节骨关节炎的良好选择。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of staging treatment for knee osteoarthritis under arthroscopy.Methods According to the case histories,medical examinations and X-rays of 110 cases(118 knee) with knee osteoarthritis,the staging treatment was carried out under arthroscopy.Results All cases were followed up for 6 months-5 years.The results were excellent in 71 cases(64.5 %),good in 33(30 %),poor in 6 cases(5.5 %).The effective rate was 94.5 %.Conclusion Good results can be obtained with proper arthroscop... |
