Research and Development of Card Clothing Used in Spinning Fine Count Yarn & Ultrafine Count Fibre

The basic points of design and selection of metal card clothing are introduced. Based on the comparison test of elastic card clothing and metal card clothing in spinning fine count yarn, the result is that metal card clothing is more suit for spinning fine count yarn. Card property and require to card clothing of ultrafine count fibre, series type metal clothing specification of overseas and at home used in ultrafine count fibre is introduced in details. Some measurements of raising doffer clothing transfer ability and development direction of high property abrasion resistant cylinder clothing are discussed.
