蓖麻油烷醇酰胺硼酸酯的合成与应用研究

摘    要:在氮气保护下,以蓖麻油、二乙醇胺和硼酸为基本原料,合成了蓖麻油烷醇酰胺硼酸酯(RAB) 。RAB是一种新型的抗静电剂,该产品以与聚乙烯的质量比为2 % 添加于聚乙烯(PE) 中,可使PE表面电阻下降到109 Ω,且抗静电持久,对PE抗冲击强度无不良影响。

Abstract:Under the protection of nitrogen,the ricinoleic alkyl alcohol amide borate (RAB) was synthesized with castor oil,diethanolamine and boric acid as raw materials.RAB is a new antistatic agent.By adding 2% of this product to polyethylene(PE),the surface resistance of PE could be reduced to 10 9Ω,the antistatic action effect was persistent and its mechanical properties came closer to that of the unfilled PE by impact density investigation.
