纳米SiO2对水性外墙涂料耐沾污性能影响研究

摘    要:采用水溶性有机硅改性剂和无皂乳液聚合法研究了纳米 Si O2 的表面改性 ,改性后纳米 Si O2 的团聚体尺寸约80 nm。改性后的纳米 Si O2 对聚丙烯酸酯水性外墙涂料涂膜的表面硬度和耐沾污性能有较大提高。此外 ,探讨了纳米Si O2 质量分数以及环境温度对耐沾污性能的影响。

Abstract:The surface modification of nanosilica was studied by the soluble silico organic coupling agent and soap free emulsion polymerization in this paper. It is found that the surface rigidity of the coating rises with the increase of the amount of nanosilica in paint, which lead to improvement to the stain resistance of water borne of paints. Furthermore, the effects of PEG molecular weight, content of MMA and test temperature on stain resistance of water borne paint for exterior wall were also investigated.
