| 摘 要： | 研究出ＭＪ１０粘结剂及ＭＪ１０－ＭＪ１１复合粘结剂，并用于晋城粉煤及其他几种粉煤，制出了高强度防水型煤，革制备工艺简便，不需要烘干工序，ＭＪ１０－ＭＪ１１复合粘结剂用于晋城粉煤成型，已取得了性成型和气化试验的成功，为发展可长途运输的气化型煤提供了技术途径。

| Abstract: | A binder MJ 10 and a compound binder MJ 10 MJ 11 were developed in this study.It has been tested successfully to use these binders to produce high mechanical strength and waterproof briquette from Jincheng fine coal and other coal fields.The briquetting technology was simplified,because the briquette was not dried.Briquette was successfully produced and gasified in industrial test by using Jincheng fine coal as raw material and adding MJ 10 MJ 11 compound binder.This success provides a technical approach for making briquette for gasification which can be transported for a long distance. |
