沙特阿美公司KHRS区块完井工艺技术

沙特阿拉伯KHRS区块(以下简称KHRS区块)的油藏压力只有12.5MPa左右,无法满足自喷采油的要求。在2007年7月份开始的第一轮生产井的完井作业中,阿美公司主要使用全油基泥浆完井液,采用了Zenith电潜泵(ESP)举升完井。油基钻井液密度低、润滑性能好,且不和岩石发生反应,有利于水平井水平段钻具钻压、扭矩的输送,不易和引起低压油藏的漏失,降低油藏污染。KHRS区块采用的ESP可以实现可变驱动速度、实时井下监测,可用于高含水量、高气油比、高PI指数的油井开采,提高开采产量。阿美公司在沙特阿拉伯KHRS区块制定了严格的完井工艺。通过连续几口井作业,总结了阿美公司KHRS区块完井作业程序,分析了ZENITH电潜泵的下入特点及注意事项,对电潜泵完井工艺的设计及实施作业有一定的参考价值。

Completion Technology in Aramco KHRS Block

Aramco oil company adopt all oil-based completion fluid and ZENITH electrical submersible pump(ESP)completion in KHRS block.Oil-based drilling fluid has some features,such as low density,good unctuosity,helpful to the transportation of drilling pressure and torque in horizontal section,reducing the reservoir damage etc.The ESP can realize variable actuating speed and real-time downhole monitoring,and improve production.The paper summarized the operation procedure of completion in Aramco KHRS block according to continuous several wells operation,analyzed the running characteristic and notice of Zenith ESP.
