神经网络的企业能力集扩张模型研究

如何借助于不确定性推理技术和原理(概率推理、证据推理、模糊推理、信息推理、包含度推理等)研究不确定情形下的能力集扩张问题,仍是能力集扩张理论中很值得研究的内容之一。关于不确定情况下的能力集扩张问题,目前的文章主要是研究企业已有能力集或实需能力集是不确定的情形,没有解决两者都是不确定的情况,正是基于此目的,采用模糊粗集神经网络方法研究此种情况下的企业能力集扩张过程,解决模糊的市场需求、粗糙的已有能力集等不确定性影响因素,帮助决策者将企业能力集扩张到企业管理决策问题满意解所需的能力集。

A Study of the Enterprise Competence Sets Expansion Model Based on the Fuzzy Rough Neural Network

The uncertain and discrete competence sets expansion is the major content of traditional competence sets analysis. It is very worthwhile to study competence sets expansion under uncertain situation by the uncertain reasoning techniques and principles （ probability reasoning, evidential reasoning, fuzzy reasoning, information reasoning, including degree reasoning, etc. ）. The present study mainly focus on the uncertain situation of the enterpriseg obtained competence sets or of the actual requisite competence sets which has not solved the situa- tion in which both are uncertain. In view Of this, the paper studies the enterprise competence sets expansion process by using the fuzzy rough neural network method, and solves the uncertain factors that influence the com- petence sets expansion, helps decision - maker to expand enterprise competence sets to a certain degree that is needed to satisfy enterprise management decision- making.
