基于FLUENT的弯管内部流场的数值模拟

摘    要:利用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT中的RNGk飊毰湍流模型,对90曘圆形弯管进行了三维数值模拟, 通过对比不同初始速度条件下弯管的内部流场,找出了弯管的压力场和速度场的变化规律和影响因素,同时模拟出 二次流现象,为今后弯管的深入研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The RNG k-ε turbulence model in computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT was used, and 90° bending duct of circular-section was simulated numerically with three-dimensional, by comparing different initial velocity internal flow field of bending duct, the change regulation and influential factors of pressure field and velocity field was found out, and the secondary flow phenomenon was simulated. The results provide a theoretical basis for studying deeply about bending duct in the further.
