蜂窝锥壳结构动力学特性试验研究

摘    要:通过模态试验对蜂窝结构锥壳结构的纵向固有频率和阻尼比进行了识别,并与数值仿真结果进行了对比。通过对比发现:复合材料以及蜂窝结构的应用能够降低该结构的固有频率并增加阻尼比;通过振动台试验,对锥壳-质量系统的动力学响应进行了研究,试验结果表明该锥壳结构对于85Hz以上的振动能够有效隔离,从锥壳下端至上端振动幅值衰减大于40%,具有理想的隔振效能。

Abstract:Natural frequencies and damping ratios of a conical shell with honeycomb construction are identified by modal experiment.According to the experiment data,it shows that the use of composite material and honeycomb construction can reduce the natural frequencies and increase the damping ratios in comparion with the results of similar research.The dynamic responses of a conical shell-mass system are measured on a vibration table.The results indicate that the conical shell can isolate the vibration of above 85Hz effectively.The response amplitude at the top of the conical shell is 40% smaller than that on the bottom.
