| Abstract: | A new fluorescent labeling reagent with a hydrazine anchor,4,4-difluoro-1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-4-bora-3a,4a-diaza-s-indacene-8-propionyl hydrazide(BODIPY-propionyl hydrazide),was designed and synthesized.The structure of the reagent was confirmed by NMR and MS.The fluorescence spectroscopy of its formaldehyde derivative has the same excitation and emission wavelength at 495 nm and 505 nm with the reagent.Also,its formaldehyde derivative showed high extinction coefficient and high fluorescence quantum yields.Th... |
