苦参碱衍生物的合成及抗肿瘤活性测试

摘    要:以苦参碱为原料合成去氧苦参碱和苦参酸.其结构经EI-MS、1H NMR、IR和元素分析确证.采用MTT法测试所合成化合物的体外抗肿瘤活性,结果表明,去氧苦参碱抗肝癌细胞HepG2和SMMC7721的活性强于苦参碱.

Abstract:Two matrine derivatives were synthesized,their structures were confirmed by MS,IR,and 1H NMR spectra.The biological evaluation showed that compound deoxy-matrine had stronger cytotoxic activities than maitrine against human hepatoma cells(Hep G2 and SMMC 7721) in vitro by MTT method.
