摘    要:以四氯化硅和环氧丙烷为原料,合成硅卤协同阻燃剂硅酸四(氯丙基)酯.探讨了反应物质的量比、反应温度及反应时间等对产品收率的影响,确定最佳工艺条件为四氯化硅与环氧丙烷的物质的量比为1∶4.2,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为6h,产品产率为98.5%.并采用FT IR、1H NMR、极限氧指数等表征了硅酸四(氯丙基)酯的分子结...

Abstract:A silicon-halogen synergistic flame retardant tetrachloropropyl silicate was synthesized by using silicon tetrachloride and propylene oxide as raw materials.The effect of reaction time,temperature and ratio of reagents on product yield was investigated.The optimal conditions for preparation of tetrachloropropyl silicate were as follows: n(silicon tetrachloride)∶n(propylene oxide) was 1∶4.2;and the reaction time was 6 h at 75 °C The product yield of tetrachloropropyl silicate could reach 98.5%.The molecular structures of tetrachloropropyl silicate and its related performance measurement were determined by means of FT IR,1H NMR techniques and LOI.
