| Abstract: | 4-Bis(2-hydroxyethylamino)ethylamino)-N-n-butyl-1,8-naphthalimide(FP),a novel water soluble fluorescent molecular probe,was synthesized by using 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic anhydride and n-butane amine as starting materials.The structure was characterized by IR,MS and 1HNMR.The influence of the different metal cations,such as Cd2+,Na+,Pb2+,Co2+,Mg2+,Ca2+,Fe3+,Cu2+ and Hg2+ ions on the fluorescent spectra of FP was investigated.The results indicated that the fluorescence intensity of FP could be greatly increased... |
