对三氟甲基苯酚的合成研究

摘    要:以对氯三氟甲苯为原料,与甲醇钠在3种溶剂(甲醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲亚砜)中进行亲核取代反应,得到了对三氟甲基苯甲醚,之后在无水三氯化铝作用下脱甲基化反应合成了标题化合物,同时探讨了两步反应中反应时间、溶剂等因素对产率的影响,确定了两步反应的最优条件,总收率65.2%.

Abstract:p-Trifluoromethyl anisole was obtained through the nucleophilic substitution reaction of p-chlorobenzotrifluoride with sodium methoxide in three solvents(methanol,N,N-dimethyl formamide,dimethyl sulfoxide).p-Trifluoromethyl phenol was synthesized through demethylation of p-trifluoromethyl anisole under anhydrous AlCl3.The influences of reaction time,solution and other relevant conditions on the reaction yield were discussed.The optical conditions were experimentally selected and the total yield of is 65.2%.
