摘    要:以间苯二酚和对甲氧基苯乙酸为原料,三氟化硼-乙醚为催化剂,采用超声波辐射技术合成了芒柄花素,将有机硝酸酯通过不同长度的碳链与芒柄花素7-酚羟基连接,得到两个具有NO释放作用的芒柄花素衍生物,其结构经IR、1HNMR、MS及元素分析表征.

Abstract:Formononetin was synthesized from resorcinol and p-methoxyphenylacetic acid using boron-etherate as catalyst under ultrasonic irradiation.The nitrate was linked to the 7-OH directly to give two novel formononetin derivatives with releasing NO function.The target compounds were characterized by IR,1HNMR,MS and elemental analysis.
