摘    要:以PAN-S1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚-6-磺酸]为显色剂,在pH值为8.5的氨缓冲溶液的条件下,用分光光度计测定人发中的锌.其配合物的最大吸收波长为530nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.14×104L/(mol·cm),锌含量在0~21 μg/(25mL)范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律.测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.86%...

Abstract:In a borate buffer mediun of pH 8.5,zinc in hair was detemined by spectrometry with the reagent 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol-6-sulphonic acid.The maximum absorbance was at 530 nm with apparent molar absorption of 1.14×104L/(mol·cm).The Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0 to 21 μg/(25 mL).The RSD was 0.86% to 1.3%,and recoveries were 97.0% to 99.7%.
