| 摘 要： | 根据哈尔滨有线电视网络的实际情况,提出哈尔滨有线电视运营支撑系统的规划建设思路.通过对网络设备和业务的分析,探索性地提出系统实现的目标、原则、功能和步骤.建设具有广电特色的能够支撑三网业务融合的运营支撑系统,从而实现广电网络的统一规划、统一控制、统一管理的目标,实现运维工作的电子化、流程化、自动化.
