摘    要:数控加工仿真是 CAD/CAM的重要研究内容 ,基于设计模型研究数控仿真验证 ,提出基于设计模型的数控仿真验证的新方法 ,即用干涉元素集合体的设计模型代替毛坯同刀具求交 ,以检查干涉。实现了以这一方法为核心的实体验证的实验模块 ,并给出了实验结果。分析了实验这一新方法遇到的问题 ,并给出了相应的解决方案

Abstract:NC simulation and NC verification is the key research subject in the field of CAD/CAM technology. A new method based on design model is given to research NC simulation and NC verification. The new method performs boolean operation with aggregation of entities of interference, instead of a stock, to check interference. The aggregation of entities of interference includes the part, clamps, and the worktable of machine. A modular of NC verification based on the new method have been developed, and examples of NC verification are given. We also analyzed the problems which might appear while implementing the new method and gives corresponding solutions.
