阻尼器试验台架液压夹紧装置的分析设计

摘    要:应用有限元方法对所设计的阻尼器试验台的液压夹紧装置进行了分析,在此基础上校核了夹紧装置的强度,分析了液压力、横梁与导向柱配合间隙等因素对夹紧力的影响。试验结果表明,设计达到了使用要求,同时理论分析与试验结果比较吻合。

Abstract:The analysis and design of the hydraulic clamp assemlby in a test bench of the damper is completed by using the Finite Element Method. Based on this, the strength of the hydraulic clamp assembly is verified and the influences of the hydraulic pressure, the clearance between the beam and the guiding pole on the clamp force are analyzed. Test results show that the design meets the usage requirements and the theoretical analysis is well in accordance with experimental results.
